Let’s start 2022 with the RM970 hull #36 « Nala », flipped just before X-Mas.

Did you know that demoulding and flip over are respectively the second and third steps of the RM Yachts building process? They finalise the « hard work » stage.

Just before demoulding, we run an inspection of the bulkheads. Each of them being structural, they are stratified to the hull. We make sure the joints are neat and smooth.

The hull is then craned up, and the stratification finalized.

Please note that every single piece of plywood is coated with epoxy, so that it is watertight and contribute to the overall stiffness.

The hull is now ready.
