Two routes have been suggested: a typical tradewinds tropical one, and another more southerly, historical one, via Patagonia.
Guess what? That’s the latter that Cachalot has picked up to follow the round-the-world path of Ferdinand Magellan, 500 years after his first passage between 1519 and 1522.
These two magical routes will converge in Tahiti, French Polynesia, where the fleets will catch up before pursuing altogether the rally.
